TEC Client Referral Program | Terms and Conditions

Notwithstanding anything else herein, these TEC Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions shall apply to Qualified Referrals (as defined below) for a TEC Serviced Office, Coworking or Virtual Office membership agreement. For the avoidance of confusion, following TEC Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions do not apply to referrals for locations in India, Saudi Arabia and Mainland China.

1. ELIGIBLE MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES

   To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a current TEC member or employee  (a “Referrer”, also, “you”) associated with a membership agreement or an active employment contract with a TEC affiliate at the time of referral.

2. QUALIFIED REFERRALS

   Subject to these Program terms provided herein, Referrers may receive referral reward and credits (“Credits”) for introducing a Qualified Referral to TEC. A “Qualified Referral” is any individual or entity introduced by a Referrer to TEC by way of the Referral Link (as defined below) process set forth herein that enters into a new, initial “Qualified TEC Membership” (as defined below) agreement for Serviced Office, Coworking or Virtual Office. For clarity, Credits will only be paid on the initial Qualified TEC Membership agreement. Subsequent membership agreements signed by Qualified Referrals at (i) new locations, (ii) for a renewed commitment term, or (iii) an office space expansion, are not eligible for Credits.

   
   

   To be considered a Qualified TEC Membership, the following criteria must be met by the Qualified Referral:

   • Must sign a Qualified TEC Membership agreement with TEC no later than three (3) months from the date of the Referral Submission;
   • Must not be a current or previous member of TEC;
   • Must not have previously contacted TEC for a membership, attended a TEC event, or otherwise been referred to TEC in the three (3) months prior to your initial Referral submission
   • Must not be:
     • An entity of which the Referrer is an employee, partner or owner of a controlling interest, provided the Referrer is a current TEC member; or
     • A subsidiary, affiliate, or entity related to Referrer or Referrer’s employers; or
     • An entity with the same parent entity as the Referrer, Referrer’s employer, or any affiliate or entity related to the Referrer or Referrer’s employer
   • Must enter into, and remain in, a Qualified TEC Membership agreement for at least three (3) months

3. PROCESS

   Referral Submissions
   The Referrer should use the unique link [www.executivecentre.com/client-referrals/] (“Referral Link”) available on the TEC portal to refer a potential referee who intends to sign a Qualified TEC Membership with TEC. Referral submissions that are incomplete or do not adhere to the procedures outlined in these Program T&C will be considered invalid referral submissions and will not earn Credits hereunder or be processed for payment. Please note that all referral submissions are conditionally accepted and not fully confirmed until approved by a member of the TEC BD team.
   
   In the event that we receive more than one referral submissions for same potential referee, we will honor the submission we receive earliest, unless an exclusive agreement exists between the potential referee and a broker, and such broker (i) submits a Qualified Referral pursuant to TEC broker partnership program prior to the date the potential referee signs an agreement for a Qualified TEC Membership, or (ii) notifies TEC of such exclusive agreement prior to the date the potential referee signs an agreement for a Qualified TEC Membership and actively represents the potential referee in connection with entering into an agreement for a Qualified TEC Membership.
   
   Notwithstanding the above, TEC shall retain, at all times, the right to decide in its sole discretion whether or not to pursue any potential referee introduced by a Referrer.

   
   

   TEC’s Contact with a Potential Referee
   Following a Referral Submission, TEC will contact the Potential Referee confirming receipt of the Referral Submission.
   
   The potential referee will have the opportunity to confirm that consent has been received.

4. CREDITS, BENEFITS & PAYMENT

   Credits and Benefits
   Subject to these Program terms provided herein, for each Qualified Referral, Referrers shall be eligible to receive the Credits, and the Qualified Referrals will be eligible for New Member Benefits set forth below. Both Credits and New Member Benefits will be awarded in the nature of a gift card or a similar form, equivalent to the value specified below for each case. TEC reserves the right to determine eligibility for Referrer Credits and other benefits hereunder.

   Qualified Referral Receives
   A Qualified Referral will be eligible for New Member Benefits on a commitment term of twelve (12) months or more for Serviced Office and three (3) months or more for Coworking and Virtual Office.

   
   

   Referrer Receives
   Provided that a Qualified Referral maintains its Qualified TEC Membership for at least three (3) months and subject to other terms provided herein, a Referrer will be entitled to a Credit based on the Qualified TEC Membership type for the applicable TEC services or products as set forth in the charts above.

   *“Selected Market” is defined as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and UAE.

   
   

   Payment
   Subject to the terms provided herein, the New Member Benefits and/or Credits outlined above will be made as follows:

   1. If the Qualified Referral is for a Serviced Office, the Credit(s) and/or New Member Benefits will be delivered or processed as applicable within forty five (45) days after the completion of three (3) months from the Term Commencement Date (as such date is set out in the Qualified TEC Membership agreement for such office space); and
   2. If the qualified referral is for a Virtual Office or a Coworking membership, the credit(s) and/or New Member Benefits will be delivered or processed as applicable within thirty (30) days after the completion of three (3) months from the Term Commencement Date (as such date is set out in the Qualified TEC Membership agreement for such co-working spaces and/or virtual offices).

   Provided that, in each case, the newly referred TEC member has paid all amounts that are due and payable under its initial payment term in the Qualified TEC Membership agreement prior to the date that the New Member Benefits and/or Credits are to be made.

MISCELLANEOUS

TEC reserves the right in its sole discretion to make any determination under these Terms and Conditions, and may at any time without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify this Program or these terms herein, including, without limitation, the determination of your eligibility and that of the qualified referral.

   Payment
   Subject to the terms provided herein, the New Member Benefits and/or Credits outlined above will be made as follows:

   1. If the Qualified Referral is for a Serviced Office, the Credit(s) and/or New Member Benefits will be delivered or processed as applicable within forty five (45) days after the completion of three (3) months from the Term Commencement Date (as such date is set out in the Qualified TEC Membership agreement for such office space); and
   2. If the qualified referral is for a Virtual Office or a Coworking membership, the credit(s) and/or New Member Benefits will be delivered or processed as applicable within thirty (30) days after the completion of three (3) months from the Term Commencement Date (as such date is set out in the Qualified TEC Membership agreement for such co-working spaces and/or virtual offices).

   Provided that, in each case, the newly referred TEC member has paid all amounts that are due and payable under its initial payment term in the Qualified TEC Membership agreement prior to the date that the New Member Benefits and/or Credits are to be made.

MISCELLANEOUS

TEC reserves the right in its sole discretion to make any determination under these Terms and Conditions, and may at any time without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify this Program or these terms herein, including, without limitation, the determination of your eligibility and that of the qualified referral.
