In the event that the requested City Lounge is unavailable, our team will contact you to make alternative arrangements for your visit.

If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours of booking on a weekday, please consider the Lounge available and expect a warm welcome upon your arrival.

Upon arrival, please present the confirmation email along with your identification document. If you have a credit card partnership, kindly provide your eligible credit card as well. Our team will assist you with the on-site guest check-in process.

TEC City Lounge Terms & Conditions

  • Eligible for this partnership only.
  • All complimentary visits must be used within a calendar year and cannot be carried onto the following year.
  • Coworking & Virtual Office offers are only applicable on first-time purchases.
  • Discounts on Meeting Room and Event Spaces can be used repeatedly, without any limitations.
  • Advanced booking is required and only redeemable during local business hours.
  • Any additional charges incurred by the holder must be settled before leaving TEC premises.
  • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or other items.
  • In case of dispute, the decision of The Executive Centre shall be final and binding.
