IWD 2025: How TEC is #CreatingSpaces #ForAllWomenAndGirls
International Women’s Day isn’t just a date on the calendar. It’s a celebration of progress, a reflection on challenges, and most importantly, a call to action. And this year, the call is louder than ever.
The 2025 theme, #ForAllWomenAndGirls, reminds us that real progress leaves no one behind. And at TEC, we’re not just raising our hands—we’re rolling up our sleeves.
Because when women have the space to thrive, the impact stretches far beyond individual success. It transforms entire communities, cultures, and economies, shaping a world that is more fair, equitable, and inclusive.
And that’s the space worth creating.
TEC Women: Walking the Walk
Equality doesn’t happen by accident—it happens with intent.
Since 1994, TEC has taken pride in being an equal opportunity employer, consistently advocating for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. Our commitment isn’t just talk; it’s reflected in the very makeup of our organisation:

Leading With Impact
A title doesn’t make a leader. Impact does.
This year, we turned the spotlight around. Instead of hearing from our female leaders about what they do, we asked their teams to share how they lead.
The result? A collection of real, unfiltered stories about how our female leaders have mentored, supported, and empowered those around them.
What we heard was clear: when women are given space to lead, it doesn’t just elevate them—it sets off a ripple effect that lifts everyone.
A Workspace That Cares
When businesses choose TEC, they’re not just choosing a workspace—they’re choosing a culture rooted in care.
Since 2024, we’ve proudly become the first Asia Pacific workspace provider to offer complimentary period products as part of our Workspace Cares Initiative—a tangible commitment to making our spaces not just functional, but responsive to the needs of every individual.
It started with our partnership with LUÜNA, a woman-led, B Corp-certified social enterprise, bringing planet-friendly menstrual products to our centres in Taiwan and Singapore. Recently, we’ve expanded this initiative to TEC Manila, with more locations to follow later this year.
By offering period products in our spaces, we’re doing more than alleviating logistical challenges. We’re normalising inclusivity, eliminating stigma, and ensuring that women’s needs are met with care and respect.
But don’t just take our word for it—hear from our teammates as they share the real difference this initiative is making:
And it doesn’t stop there.
The impact of this partnership extends far beyond our own walls:

The Future Is #ForAllWomenAndGirls
Creating space goes beyond simply hiring women. It’s about equipping them with the tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive. It’s about giving their ideas weight, their leadership a platform, and their ambition no limits. It’s about building a future where health, well-being, and equality aren’t just perks—they’re priorities.
#ForAllWomenAndGirls isn’t just a hashtag. It’s a promise—and at TEC, we intend to keep it. Because progress doesn’t happen on its own. It happens when we’re intentional about creating the space for it.
