Despite being a natural occurrence experienced by nearly half of the global workforce, menstruation remains shrouded in stigma and taboo, especially within professional settings. A startling statistic reveals that 98% of women have experienced the anxiety of unexpected periods at work—a reality that impacts productivity, mental well-being, and overall job satisfaction. Yet, discussions about menstruation remain largely relegated to private spaces, leading to a lack of awareness and tangible support in corporate environments. This leaves women to navigate menstrual health challenges discreetly, facing logistical hurdles and emotional strain.

In a transformative move towards fostering a more caring and inclusive workplace, TEC is thrilled to partner with LUÜNA to introduce complimentary planet-friendly period products across all our Taiwan Centres. This initiative marks a significant milestone as TEC becomes the first Asia-Pacific workspace provider to integrate menstrual care as part of our workplace amenities.
